About the Role
  • Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, inspiring and educating learners to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage and mentor a minimum caseload of 45 learners, providing guidance and support to equip them with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Enjoy a flexible work arrangement, with remote work and in-person learner engagement in the London area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners in achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments.
  • Regularly assess work, provide constructive feedback, and keep the E-Portfolio system (Aptem) up to date.
  • Identify and assist learners with additional needs using the neurodiversity platform Cognassist.
  • Ensure the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications: Teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5.
  • Delivery: Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high caseloads.
