Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at North. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a manager in a standards-driven restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture.
