Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Management: Manage the end-to-end process of managing and maintaining the Tooling inventory for LHR, LGW, BAMG, and British Airways line stations.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with Planning, Quality, Production, and Suppliers to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  3. Inventory Management: Validate material requirements and provide strategic direction for 27 Fleet Logistics Coordinators to streamline operations.
  4. Customer Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless interface and exceptional service delivery.
  5. Problem-Solving: Proactively engage with customers and suppliers to address any deviations from agreed service levels, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Leadership: Set priorities effectively in cases of conflicting demands, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  7. Relationship Management: Take the lead in managing relationships with key customers, fostering strong connections and facilitating smooth information flow.
  8. Process Improvement: Take ownership of the review process, conducting thorough analysis of supply issues and coordinating actions to achieve timely resolutions.
Requirements
  1. Customer Management Experience: Proven experience in customer management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  2. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management and logistics.
