Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the onsite catering team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and machinery, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and ordering, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Travel to various locations as part of the role, requiring a flexible approach to working hours and environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel to various locations as part of the role.
  • Computer literate, with experience of using relevant software and systems.
