Main Responsibilities- As a Paediatric Senior Fellow, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the General Paediatrics department.
- You will work closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the management of general paediatric and speciality patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality patient care in the General Paediatrics department.
- Work closely with the paediatric critical care outreach nursing team to provide support to paediatric ward patients.
- Participate in the Children's Hospital's extensive education programme, with regular training offered from speciality paediatric teams, radiology, safeguarding, and departmental case reviews.
- Minimum of 6 years of Specialty training.
- Portfolio of evidence demonstrating meeting the criteria for progression, in line with the Curriculum for the speciality similar to deanery trainee.
- An enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to develop their skills in the management of general paediatric and speciality patients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
