Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a strategic sales and marketing plan, focusing on room hire, food and beverage, and associated bedroom targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a portfolio of local corporate clients and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • A clean driving license and ability to travel as required.
