Supporting Pupils in a Primary School Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils in a Primary School setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to pupils in a Primary School setting, including classroom teaching and PPA cover.
- Deliver 1:1 support and small group focus work to pupils with varying needs.
- Support pupils with challenging behaviour, helping them to achieve their goals and work to the best of their ability.
- Provide general support to pupils in the class who are struggling to attain the same levels as their peers.
- HLTA Status or meet the HLTA standards.
- A high level of classroom/pupil management skills.
- Experience supporting pupils with an EHCP.
- Ability to provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH.
- Be able to cover planned absences on behalf of class teachers.
- Transportation to and from the school.
- A rewarding and challenging role in a Primary School setting.
