Temporary Works Coordinator

Our client, a leading civil engineering and construction firm, is seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to join their team on a prestigious rail project in the North East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site meetings to determine the most suitable construction methodology and solution

• Complete the design brief and ensure all necessary information is passed on to designers

• Monitor progress on temporary works designs and ensure they are available when needed

• Ensure site supervisors receive full design details, highlighting significant risks and limitations

• Attend Temporary Works Coordinator meetings to gain an overview of project progress and assist in other work areas if required

• Check the implementation and maintenance of temporary works

• Maintain TW documentation within site management systems

• Register or record drawings, calculations, and other relevant documents

• Ensure successful demobilization of temporary works

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent is desirable

• Experience in overseeing a broad range of disciplines
