Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions Maidenhead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble equipment and machinery using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
  • Use a variety of greases and lubricants to maintain equipment and machinery.
  • Change bearings and other small parts as needed.
  • Use PAT testing and micro meter testing equipment to ensure equipment and machinery are safe and functioning properly.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workshop or production environment.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift weights within government weight limits.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.

What We Offer:

  • Paying £12.50 per hour (Paid weekly).
  • 28 days' holiday (including Bank Holiday).
  • Pension after 3 months.
  • Pay reviews and opportunity for a permanent appointment.
