About the Role

As an Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Tesco Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our aircraft fleet. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all aircraft are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all aircraft are airworthy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills.
