Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our team at the Scottish Ambulance Service. As a Paramedic, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality emergency medical care to the people of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients in a variety of settings
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and communities
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and techniques
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Paramedic
- C1 driving license
- Emergency driving qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to live on the island of Islay (preferably within 3 miles of Bowmore)
