About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Designate to join our team at SIXTY EIGHT PEOPLE LTD. As a Designate General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong operational leadership to every aspect of the business in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership to every aspect of the business in various locations
  • Set expectations for key fundamentals, people, guest experience, compliance, standards, and process efficiency
  • Mentor, coach, and nurture a team to create an amazing work culture
  • Lead from the front, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results
  • Win hearts and minds of the team and guests by delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish
