Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Barking

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager with a mechanical focus to lead mechanical installations on a prestigious residential project. This role entails overseeing daily site activities, ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing technical drawings and coordinating the distribution of materials.
  2. Facilitating effective communication with site personnel.
  3. Implementing health and safety regulations and procedural guidelines.
  4. Managing material schedules and procurement processes.
  5. Keeping a detailed site diary to document and address issues.
  6. Tracking site progress and directing workforce activities.
  7. Collaborating with primary contractors regarding access and material logistics.
  8. Upholding exceptional quality and safety standards on-site.
  9. Developing construction timelines and addressing resource allocation challenges.
  10. Participating in site meetings and identifying potential risks.
  11. Ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining proper documentation.

Work Schedule:

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Holidays
