We are working with a well-established Social Housing Contractor, Fawkes and Reece, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. The company has a great reputation and focuses on customer care and quality of work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a site team, including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a site team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor health and safety on site
- Attend progress meetings and client meetings
- Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Experience of managing similar contracts, including cyclical maintenance and new fire door installation
- Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent customer service skills and emphasis on quality and health and safety
