Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities service. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, and maintain excellent relationships with external agencies and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with external agencies and local authorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
