Senior Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the different sections of the kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Head Chef to create innovative and delicious menu options that meet the needs of our students.
- Team Management: Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Leadership: Act as a role model and leader, providing guidance and support to the kitchen team and ensuring that our values and standards are upheld.
- Quality Control: Pay attention to detail and ensure that every meal served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment, with a proven track record of managing large kitchen teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Passion: A true passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
