Operational Context:

Functioning within the Web Operations team, this role is essential to the operational and technical success of web initiatives.

It necessitates a combination of strong communication abilities and technical insight, linking content requests with the technical execution team.

While not directly managing a team, the Web Project Delivery Specialist is instrumental in orchestrating communication and workflow among various functional areas, with a particular focus on technical aspects.

The Web Operations Team collaborates closely with the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team, and the Customer Training & Events Team.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Management and Technical Request Assessment:
Oversee, prioritize, and comprehend the technical facets of incoming content requests.
Efficiently assess and allocate tasks, concentrating on technical feasibility and execution.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate intricate project timelines.

Collaboration and Workflow Management:
Engage with web developers and content creators.
Facilitate a seamless workflow to ensure timely execution of web initiatives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Monitor the quality of content and adherence to project specifications.
Ensure compliance with AQA's standards and guidelines.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Experience in web content management, coordination, and a solid understanding of web development processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with an awareness of technical challenges.
Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical teams.
