About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Young People with Disabilities Team, providing assessment, advice, and support to children and young people with disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, providing assessment and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans and support packages in accordance with legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with young people, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in social work, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent.
  • Registration with Social Work England as a registered Social Worker.
  • Demonstrable capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
