Role Overview:
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily site operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Lead and manage site personnel, promoting effective work practices.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site assessments to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, minimizing project disruptions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular briefings and inspections.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling, contributing to resource allocation and timeline management.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within the construction or drainage sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective liaison with clients and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification or membership in a recognized construction or engineering institution is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Relocation: Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in site supervision within construction or drainage.

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence required.

Work Location: In-person.
