We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Practice Manager and deliver an exceptional portfolio administration service to clients.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager, including preparing review packs, booking review meetings, and preparing and checking outgoing correspondence.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, providing administrative support to Advisers, including detailed meeting pack preparation, business submission, and client requests.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors to the Practice, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Extensive liaison with SJP Admin Centres, providing information required to complete transactions within specific timescales.
  • Produce templated client letters and reports, and order and monitor office stationery.
Requirements
  • Previous successful experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • CRM proficiency and exceptional organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills.
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels within the business.
  • Proficient using all MS Office programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
