Employment Tribunal Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Consultant to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As a key member of our HR services team, you will provide clients with expert advice and representation in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with guidance on complex employment law issues and support the wider team as needed.
  • Liaise with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims.
  • Act as the client's representative in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including all advocacy.
  • Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents.
  • Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics.
  • Design and deliver Employment Law training.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent).
  • Good eye for detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
  • Comfortable identifying and progressing consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
