Job Description

Job Title: Employment Tribunal Consultant

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days per week

Location: Remote (2 days) and Office (1 day)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Consultant to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As a key member of our team, you will provide clients with expert advice and support in Employment Law matters, including representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with expert advice on complex Employment Law issues
  • Liaise with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims
  • Act as the client's representative in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy
  • Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents
  • Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics
  • Design and deliver Employment Law training

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a consultancy environment is an advantage
  • Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent)
  • Good eye for detail and excellent writing skills
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
