Your key responsibilities will include:
Receiving returned kits from couriers on a daily basis.
Organizing returns based on franchise and instrument categorization.
Verifying kits for accuracy, ensuring all paperwork is correct, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Picking kits for dispatch to clients with precision and efficiency.
Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately.
Maintaining effective communication and striving to process daily shipments swiftly and efficiently.
Replenishing loan kits to meet departmental performance indicators, ensuring all incomplete kits are restocked and properly prepared for dispatch.
Processing items for sale or return.
Acting as a process guide, supporting operational procedures and ensuring smooth transportation.
