Thriving Independent Pharmacy Opportunity
Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Pharmacist to join our team in a thriving independent pharmacy in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to meet the demands of our patients.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality pharmacy services to our patients, including NHS and private services as required.
- Work closely with our Pharmacy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.
- Support a team of 6 full-time support staff, with some part-time staff also.
- Collaborate with our medical centre team to provide clinical crossover and MDT working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and create meaningful relationships with our patients.
- Deliver clinical scrutiny of prescriptions and oversee safe dispensing processes.
- Offer patients advice on medicines and treatments, and provide public health information to promote wellness.
Benefits and Package
- Competitive hourly rate of £24-£25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Bonus structure included in package (to be discussed).
- 20 days of holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and experience in pharmacy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
