We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Manager to join our team at Stanton House. As a key member of our Data & Analytics function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business transformation agenda.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end data architecture principles, standards, and enterprise data models to support business decision-making.
  • Produce data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytics and data science solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management, ensuring compliance with IT governance and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pragmatic data strategies that drive business value.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in IT and data leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data management and governance principles, with experience working in complex large organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our Midlands office.
