We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with strong Pensions experience to join our team at Lorien. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DB/DC schemes and experience in development and support of Financial Services/Insurance Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale projects within the insurance or pensions industry.
  • Develop and maintain technical solutions using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Azure data warehouse, and Equisoft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop application and business requirements.
  • Analyze complex data sets and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills in producing solution documentation, including database design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Subject matter expert in Insurance and/or Pensions Administration Systems.
