About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, including event areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all permanent and temporary assets are safe to operate, efficient, and meet relevant legislation.
  • Update the asset care register to ensure all details are logged once work is completed.
  • Manage critical spares inventory.
  • Keep facilities, including event areas, tidy and repair/make alterations as required.
  • Respond to breakdowns and fault diagnosis – get kit back online.
  • Carry out planned scheduled maintenance and servicing.
  • Develop and identify key spare parts inventory to help reduce machine downtime.
  • Work alone or as part of a team, being proactive, working responsibly, and professionally always, and respecting and complying with the company's reporting structure.
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Knowledge of workshop health safety and environmental controls.
  • Ability to read machine OEM manuals and technical documents and interpret into usable systems.
  • Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or similar.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment – collaborative approach.
