About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German speaking Collections Executive to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our Collections department, you will play a crucial role in resolving non/under-paying customer issues and contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns to achieve weekly collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class service to customers, ensuring prompt repayment terms and resolving any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to proactive telephone/email campaigns to achieve weekly collections, utilizing contractual loan agreements to ensure timely repayments.
  • Accurately input data across multiple systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from clients/merchants, resolving payment-related issues and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least one year's experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Control, with a strong understanding of ledger maintenance.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
