Position Overview: Hotel Duty Manager

The Hotel Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in exemplifying outstanding guest service. This position involves collaborating with the front office team and guiding the reception staff to ensure seamless operations.

Your primary focus will be on our guests, requiring you to be approachable, an effective communicator, and possess strong organizational skills. You will foster a fun and engaging environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hotel reception and be proficient in Opera software.
