Overview
Anson McCade is on the lookout for a Manager specializing in Power & Utilities Transactions to join a prestigious organization recognized as one of the 'BIG 4'. This firm is home to one of the most extensive and successful Deal Advisory practices globally.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with major corporations within the sector, encompassing all aspects of energy, water, and other utilities, as well as engaging with investors and suppliers in these industries.
The business unit is currently segmented into various practices, including Finance, Regulation, Projects, Renewables, Strategy, Benchmarking, and Transactions, and has experienced consistent double-digit growth over the past decade.
Key Responsibilities of the Manager - Power & Utilities Transactions:
- Oversee the daily execution of specific projects.
- Lead internal teams and liaise with external consultants.
- Produce and review high-quality deliverables for clients.
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships.
- Stay informed about critical developments in the Power & Utilities sector.
- Generate sector-specific market insights.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
