Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utilities Service Coordinator to join our Aftermarket Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Utilities Service Supervisor and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our service contracts and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service contracts, including contract details, service schedules, and customer information.
  • Assist with the preparation and dispatch of job sheets, service reports, and invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule services with customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.
  • Provide administrative support to the Utilities Service Supervisor and team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Service Management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
