Unlock Your Potential as a System Sales Engineer

Lutron Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and boosting sales in the Northern region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for dealers, including in-person and live virtual qualification and instruction content.
  2. Provide technical support and answer application questions, escalating complex issues to engineering as needed.
  3. Manage training kit inventory and ensure timely delivery of kits to attendees.
  4. Oversee dealers and provide on-site supervision and support for measurements and installations.
  5. Create engaging video content for online training and qualification programs.
  6. Manage in-person training equipment and logistics for shipping equipment as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop training schedules and track attendance and grades.Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and resources to continuously improve the customer experience.Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or 10 years of relevant experience in window treatments.
  2. Sales and Design Passion: Strong enthusiasm for sales and a keen interest in collaborating with the design community.
  3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for in-person trainings and trade shows.
  4. Full UK driving license.
