As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive digital learning content that meets the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and learning materials.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in online learning and digital education.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital learning projects.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on effective online educational experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in online pedagogy and recommend innovative solutions to improve our digital learning offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of effective project management, including planning, allocating work, leading meetings, prioritizing tasks, and reporting progress.
- Knowledge of current digital education theories and approaches, including teaching, learning, and assessment design.
- Experience in designing and developing digital learning content, including online courses, modules, and assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
