Maintenance Engineer Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Carrying out Reactive and Planned Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize machinery breakdowns and production disturbances.

Collaborating with Production and Engineering Teams: You will work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to maximize machine efficiency and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.

Utilizing CMMS: You will utilize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge: You will require a high standard of electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in root cause analysis, pneumatics, and fault finding on PLCs.

Qualifications: An electrical qualification is essential, along with experience working in a manufacturing environment. You may hold qualifications such as BTECH, ONC, C&G, NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance, or a Time served apprentice Multi-skilled Engineer.
