About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Responsive Repairs team at a Housing Association in the East Midlands. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding and experience with NHF SOR, working on a varied case load of responsive repairs, planned works, and other projects. They will be required to work on site around 3 days a week to check on quality of works and costing, with the flexibility to work from home at least a couple of days a week.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of recent experience working with NHF SOR. Experience working for a Housing Association is also essential.
