Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Derbyshire. **Role**

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including; residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, heritage and conservation, along with many more

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
- Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Cost planning
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Valuations

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
