Job Title: Sales Director EMEA

Siteimprove is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and momentum across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business across the EMEA market.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform forecasting and business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging online marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and team performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and sales landscape.
