Key Responsibilities:

The Front of House Team Leader is essential in providing outstanding service and surpassing customer expectations. This role involves working closely with the management team to uphold business standards and comply with legal regulations. The FOH Team Leader oversees both front and back of house operations, fostering a guest-centric atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Core Duties:
  • Oversee the opening and closing operations of the establishment.
  • Conduct end-of-day cash management activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols, health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established specifications.
  • Engage in the daily management of both front and back of house areas.
  • Comply with audit and inspection protocols.
  • Manage costs while upholding quality standards.
  • Clarify and demonstrate allergen management procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication with both team members and guests.
