About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager at our Shelter shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Shop Manager to lead a team of dedicated volunteers and engage with the local community to raise awareness about Shelter's mission. Your responsibilities will include maximizing donations, products, and income to support our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers and volunteers

Requirements:
