About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard España SA. As a key member of our Royal Salute brand team, you will be responsible for owning the Art platform and driving its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for the Art platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, packaging development, and finance, to bring new product and campaign ideas to life.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as artists, galleries, and charities, to ensure the platform's success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive desirability and luxury halo PR for the Royal Salute brand.
  • Work closely with the HQ Prestige+ team to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of new product and campaign development, with a focus on luxury and art.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from different international markets and disciplines.
  • Luxury, design, and style understanding, with a focus on sustainability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop projects from scratch.
  • Confidence in presenting formally to internal and external audiences.
  • Willingness to travel where required.
