About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of support workers, ensuring that the individuals we support are at the heart of everything we do. This role involves occasional weekend on-call duties as part of a rotating team roster.
Your Responsibilities Include:- Build and maintain a highly engaged, motivated, and high-performing team across the services you oversee.
- Monitor and effectively manage the quality performance of services.
- Deliver person-centered support that is clinically informed and focused on improving quality of life for the individuals we support.
- Ensure the balanced management of funding contracts within your area, meeting both customer needs and financial requirements.
- Cultivate strong, open communication with the individuals we support, their families/whanau, communities, and natural support networks.
- Experience in the disability sector.
- Experience in a service management or operations role, preferably within disability or community services.
- Proven leadership experience and a passion for developing the skills of others.
- Previous financial and budget management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, coupled with highly developed emotional intelligence.
- A problem-solving mindset and resilience to handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
