Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport with our customers and team members, and leading shifts safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers
  • Lead shifts safely and effectively, ensuring the success of our pub
  • Contribute to the development of our seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to support your career growth
