About the Role

Mentus Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a prestigious, independent healthcare provider to seek a Registered Mental Health Nurse for their service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health or paediatrics and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard nursing care, assessment, and treatment within the clinical ethos and therapeutic model of the unit
  • Coordinate, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient programs of care
  • Provide supervision and support to the care team and junior nurses
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
  • Work effectively with other professional colleagues to ensure consistent care for each individual

Requirements
  • Full NMC Registration
  • Experience in Mental Health setting such as Acute, CAMHS, Rehab or any other relevant setting
  • Competence in clinical and professional procedures and practices
  • Liaise effectively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team
