Policy and Labour Rights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to support our policy and advocacy work in securing access to rights for all workers in the UK and preventing labour exploitation.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Support: Assist in developing and implementing policy strategies to address labour exploitation and promote workers' rights.
- Network Engagement: Collaborate with coalitions such as the Labour Exploitation Advisory Group (LEAG) and the Taskforce on Survivors of Trafficking in Immigration Detention to advance our policy objectives.
- Advocacy: Contribute to advocacy efforts to challenge and transform policies, attitudes, and practices that drive labour exploitation.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and advocacy strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for our mission to end labour exploitation and a commitment to our values of Respect, Courage, Integrity, Justice, and Accountability.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, and have a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in policy development, advocacy, and coalition building is highly desirable.
