Field Service Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting across a diverse range of infrastructure components, including servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, and virtualisation platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure components, including servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, and virtualisation platforms.
- Configure and integrate new systems seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure infrastructure is running smoothly, including applying system updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime and mitigate disruptions to client operations.
- Accurately document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines to maintain operational consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can utilize infrastructure resources effectively and troubleshoot minor issues independently.
- SC Clearance Eligibility (Minimum of 5 years UK residential history).
- Previous experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer.
- 3rd Line IT Tech Support Experience
- Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop and Office proficiency.
- Knowledge Management article creation experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
