Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, focusing on the enhancement and automation of our Salesforce systems. This role is essential in driving business value and optimizing technology processes within our organization.

Location:

Compensation:
Attractive salary range of approximately £50,000 - £80,000, commensurate with experience and skill set, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions to boost organizational performance.
  • Maintain data integrity and oversee processes to safeguard customer and business information.
  • Enhance user experience through customized layouts, features, and access levels.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide continuous support to users.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Promote the integration of AI and automation tools within the Salesforce environment.
  • Encourage the use of self-service reporting tools for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that drive value.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Proven track record of promoting Salesforce adoption across various departments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Adept at analyzing complex issues and collaborating with end-users to devise solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with growth-oriented technology landscapes, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Passionate about developing efficient systems and processes.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with AI and automation technologies.
  • Prior experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or similar role.
