Lead a Team of Mobile Engineers to Deliver Exceptional Quality

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Developer in Test with a passion for mobile quality assurance to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead system-level quality engineering and delivery within a cross-functional mobile engineering team, driving the development of robust solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, encompassing automated testing and manual testing methodologies for complex systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Maintain the stability of our environments, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
  • Champion a culture of quality and security across all mobile applications developed by the Outcome Team, setting industry-leading standards.
