Job Description

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and a strong background in technical skills, including AutoCAD and Revit/BIM. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical information across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce drawings and documentation as required using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, individually and in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and coordination of detailed design and production information, including drawings and documents for tender packages and construction drawings.
  • Work as part of a small design/technical team to deliver comprehensive design information.
  • Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or background in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Cardiff.
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Good knowledge of Building Regulations and technical knowledge for the preparation of drawings.
  • Motivated and happy to work within a team.
