Popeyes Kitchen is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Restaurant General Manager to guide our team and guarantee that every patron experiences the distinctive flavors and welcoming service that Popeyes embodies.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and nurturing a high-performing team. You will be the catalyst for our restaurant's achievements, ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional service and uphold Popeyes' esteemed standards. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and address customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

This position requires robust leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Join us in bringing the essence of Louisiana to life.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a management capacity, ideally within a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Must be 18 years or older due to late-night operations.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
