Popeyes is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Team Leader to become part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant while upholding the exceptional standards our customers have come to expect.
Your responsibilities will include leading by example, assisting in the management of daily operations, and providing support and direction to team members. Effective communication and the ability to thrive under pressure will be essential as you help onboard new staff, respond to customer inquiries, and guarantee that all tasks are executed to Popeyes' high standards.
Your leadership will be vital in boosting team morale and ensuring the restaurant achieves its performance objectives.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the retail or hospitality sector.
- Must be 18 years or older due to late-night shifts and store closing responsibilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
